Super Eagles vs Tanzania: this AFCON match is make or break for us

Nigeria vs Tanzania tonight at Fez Stadium, 6:30pm. After missing the 2026 World Cup on penalties to DRC, this AFCON is our redemption arc. We have Osimhen, Lookman, Ndidi as captain now, but no Ola Aina or Troost-Ekong. Tanzania fired their coach Hemed Suleiman just last month and replaced him with Miguel Gamondi for interim. They have never won an AFCON match in nine attempts.

If we cannot beat a team that has never won a single AFCON game, with this squad, then this golden generation is just vibes and no trophies. We need to win this group with Tunisia and Uganda waiting. What formation do you think Eric Chelle will play? I am tired of the same 4-3-3 that got us knocked out of World Cup qualifying.
