Tinubu must declare national emergency on terrorism now — SAN

Constitutional lawyer Asiwaju Kunle Kalejaye (SAN) don call on President Tinubu to declare national emergency on banditry, kidnapping, and all forms of terrorism. He talk say the security situation don become national embarrassment to government and international community. The man even warn say public trust for Nigerian Army don suffer because bandits dey wear military uniforms to carry out their operations.

Kalejaye argue say celebrating democracy when law and order dey under constant threat dey diminish the essence of democratic governance. He say protection of lives and property remains the foremost constitutional responsibility of any government. The Senior Advocate insist say proactive measures dey needed, not reactive ones.

So my question be: if even SAN don dey shout from Ijebu, when Tinubu go wake up? The man talk say 'It is left to President Tinubu to save our nation at this perilous time.' Abi we still dey wait until bandits reach Aso Rock before we act? Am I the only one wey think this man talk true?
