BREAKING: Sowore collapses after police tear gas Abuja protest

BREAKING: Human rights activist Omoyele Sowore collapsed today at Unity Fountain in Abuja after police operatives tear-gassed Democracy Day protesters. The demonstrators were gathered to speak against insecurity, economic hardship, and poor governance when security personnel moved in with tear gas canisters.

Sowore has been rushed to an undisclosed hospital for treatment. This is the same man who has been at the forefront of demanding better governance for years. Wetin dey happen to this country when citizens can't even gather to complain about suffering?

Abuja police don show say dem no gree for any form of dissent. How many times we go see this kind thing before something change?
