Abiodun says Ogun will give Tinubu 95% votes in 2027 — this one strong

Ogun State Governor Dapo Abiodun has promised that the state will deliver 95% of its votes to President Bola Tinubu in the 2027 election. He said this on Friday during an APC meeting in Abeokuta, declaring that Tinubu deserves a second term because of the economic reforms his administration has brought.

Abiodun also announced that the deputy governor slot for the APC governorship candidate Solomon Adeola has been zoned to Ogun East, specifically the Ijebu axis. He boasted that Ogun broke a 50-year jinx by producing a governorship candidate from Ogun West Senatorial District for the first time since the state was created.

Na only 95%? Wetin happen to the remaining 5% — dem go vote for PDP abi? And all these economic reforms wey dey make market prices fly like helicopter, the governor says they are laying a solid foundation. Abeg, which foundation exactly?
