Alex Iwobi just joined the 100-cap club for Nigeria

Alex Iwobi has officially earned his 100th cap for the Super Eagles, and honestly, that is a massive achievement for any player representing this country. The Fulham midfielder reached the milestone during a recent international fixture, and it puts him in an elite group of Nigerian footballers who have hit that number.

I know people love to criticize Iwobi for not scoring enough or for those sideways passes, but 100 caps does not happen by accident. It takes consistency, professionalism, and the trust of multiple coaches. Whether you rate him or not, the guy has shown up for Nigeria time and time again. Is he our best ever attacking midfielder? No chance. But can we at least respect the dedication it takes to play 100 times for this country?
