Your neighbour might be the reason terrorists are thriving

Defence Minister General Christopher Musa dropped some truth on Friday at The Platform Nigeria and it's the kind of thing we all need to sit with. He said the fight against banditry and terrorism is hard because these criminals survive among the people — getting food, water, information, and logistics from local collaborators. He called it the oxygen keeping them alive.
Musa said, "It is still the people" funding and informing the terrorists. He warned that the most dangerous enemy is the one within, the person you are protecting who will take you out when they get the chance. No matter what the military does, if citizens refuse to expose these informants, nothing will change.
So my question is simple — how many of us know someone in our community feeding information to these criminals and we just keep quiet because of family ties or fear? Be honest.
