Ebonyi State TikToker Chisom Achor has been in police detention since November 2025 and even after a court granted him bail and he paid everything, Rep Chinedu Ogah is still holding him. The guy's health is deteriorating in Enugu. A source told SaharaReporters that they want to unalive him by all means.

In voice notes, Achor said Ogah is forcing him to implicate three people — Christian Asaga Nwali, Ogbanyi, and his maternal uncle Orawo — as sponsors of his TikTok criticism. He refused because those people don't even know they are being accused. Ogah allegedly told him, "if he could publicly state that Christian Nwali was sponsoring him to make the allegations he had been making, he would be released immediately." But the boy refused.

Achor was arrested live on TikTok in November 2025 while criticising Ogah over oppression, killings, and land-grabbing in Ikwo. Now months after bail, he is still locked up. How can a federal lawmaker use police to punish someone for speaking truth and then refuse to obey a court order? Who is really above the law in this country?
