South Africans biting the hand that fed them

Tell South Africans that karma is a real bitch. After Nigeria spent $62 billion supporting their anti-apartheid struggle, after giving their leaders Nigerian passports when they couldn't travel on their own, now they are chanting "All Africans must leave South Africa by the end of June if they value their lives." And by Africans they mean Black Africans.

This is not just xenophobia. It is a deep inferiority complex that their former apartheid masters planted in them. PW Botha said Black people cannot govern themselves and now they are proving him right by turning against their own brothers. The same Black people who fought alongside them during the struggle are now being attacked and their shops looted.

Some people are even saying this whole thing is sponsored from Washington as part of a four-stage plan to destabilise South Africa and let whites retake power. Whether that is true or not, one thing is clear — when you poison the stream you drink from, you will eventually be thirsty. How can we call ourselves one Africa when we treat each other like this?
