2026 W/Cup: Morocco Would’ve Beaten Brazil With Osimhen Or Lookman In Their Team —Oliseh

Former Super Eagles captain Sunday Oliseh has said Morocco could have beaten Brazil 3–1 if they had players like Victor Osimhen or Ademola Lookman in their squad. Morocco drew 1–1 with Brazil in their 2026 World Cup Group C match on Saturday, with Ismael Saibari scoring first before Vinicius Junior equalised.

"Impressive performance by this Moroccan side, defensively and offensively well structured. Had this team had Victor Osimhen or Ademola Lookman like players versus Brazil, they could have won by 3 goals to 1 at worst," Oliseh wrote on X. He added that Brazil avoided defeat thanks to Vinicius Junior and Raphinha. Morocco next face Group C leader Scotland on June 19.
