Why I think living in Lagos is overrated, abeg

My brother, I don tire for this Lagos life. The rent is crazy, the traffic is worse, and you spend half your salary just to breathe. I know people say Lagos is where the money is, but I dey ask myself: at what cost? You wake up at 4am, spend 3 hours in traffic, work 9 hours, spend another 3 hours coming back, and by the time you reach house, you too tired to enjoy anything.

Meanwhile, my cousin in Ibadan dey work from home, pay less than half of what I pay for rent, and he still get time to watch match and visit family on weekends. See ehn, I am not saying everybody should run away, but I think we overhype this Lagos thing too much. The stress is not worth the money we think we are making.

Who else has considered leaving Lagos for somewhere quieter? Or you think the hustle is worth it?
