🎖️CorporalState Police: Governors Want It But Don’t Want to Ask for Permission

The 36 governors are all in for state police, but they’re already fighting the terms before the bill even passes. They’re against needing National Assembly approval to set it up and worry that the proposed 3% of Federation Account won’t even cover salaries. So if they can’t control the funding or the process, are they really ready for the responsibility?
