Ekiti election: Who is really running this country , INEC or the highest bidder?

Vote-buying, missing ballot names, and BVAS failures all in one election, and we still pretend democracy is working. CDD caught agents paying voters N10,000 like it's a market transaction, while INEC can't even get the number of candidates right on the ballot paper. Are we voting for leaders or just auctioning off our future to the highest spender?
