Dem don drag President Bola Tinubu back to certificate matter again. Centre for Reform and Public Advocacy (CFRPA) don file petition to INEC chairman Joash Amupitan (SAN) on June 19, say make INEC clear wetin be the legal position on Chicago State University certificate wey Tinubu submit for 2023 election.

The group, through their Head of Legal Unit Barrister Kalu Agu, say records from CSU during US court case raise questions about some documents. Dem warn say if INEC no respond, dem go take legal action to stop INEC from accepting Tinubu as APC candidate for 2027. The group say this na litmus test for Amupitan to show how neutral he go be for future elections.
