Sowore still inside Kuje and nobody is talking

Amnesty International just called for Omoyele Sowore's immediate and unconditional release. The man is still sitting inside Kuje Correctional Centre over cyberbullying charges because he called President Tinubu a criminal on social media.

Federal High Court in Abuja ordered his remand pending the hearing of his bail application. Amnesty said this is a pattern of crackdown on civic space and intimidation of activists. They warned that Sowore's detention will have a chilling effect on journalists and human rights defenders.

So we are now locking people up for criticizing public officials in a democracy. Which constitution allows this one again?
