So the US Treasury is now saying that some of our BDC operators are basically running a cash pipeline for ISWAP. They've frozen assets and banned Americans from doing business with them. But let's be real, if these guys were moving terrorist money under everyone's nose, who in Nigeria was supposed to be watching them, and why didn't they?
