The naira fell to N1,370.64 per dollar at the official market, a N1.53 drop from the previous day, even as Nigeria's foreign reserves hit $51.14 billion , a new high. Meanwhile, the black market rate stayed flat at N1,400. So if we have record reserves, why can't the naira catch a break? Is the CBN's strategy working for anyone outside the official window?
