Dem don pass bill to give police more money but wetin we go gain?

My people, make I tell una wetin dey happen for Abuja. The Senate don pass bill to increase police trust fund money from 0.5% to 1% of federation account. Senator Mallam-Madori Ahmed from Jigawa East carry the report, and dem say na for training, equipment, and welfare of police.

But I dey ask myself, since 2019 when dem first pass this bill, wetin don change? Our police still dey use old vehicles, dem dey demand bribe before dem do anything, and security for this country still bad. Senator Dankwambo even warn say the bill fit be null and void because state governors go challenge am for court.

For me, I just tire. We get 300,000 police for 200 million people. Even if dem double the money, if dem no change the system, na still the same story. Abi una sef don see any change for your area?
