Dem say the money go pay for warehouse for Lagos Free Zone and dem dey pay dividend again , 21st time straight. If you be unitholder, Series 1 to 4 go get N1.92 per unit, Series 5 go get N1.50. Payment dey start from 29 June 2026. So if you get money for this thing, you go chop.

But for we common man, this kind news just show say real estate still dey work for Nigeria. Even when dollar dey do us wayo, these people dey collect dollar rent from diplomats and companies.
