The former presidential candidate is asking for a delay on state police implementation until after the next election, claiming the current government can't be trusted not to weaponise it against opposition. But if we keep postponing every reform because of political fear, when will we ever fix the insecurity that's killing us daily? Is Obi genuinely protecting democracy, or just playing politics with our safety?
