I paid someone to write my WAEC and now I'm living a lie

My WAEC in 2019. I paid a man in Awka 50k to write all my papers. I sat there doing nothing while he filled the answers. My parents were so proud when I collected my 8 As. They told everyone in church. My father framed the result and hung it in our sitting room.

Now I am in 300L Economics at UNN and every exam season I feel like a fraud. My foundation is weak. I struggle with things my classmates understand in one reading. The lecturers think I am dull. They don't know that the real me never wrote that exam.

Last week my mother called to say she was praying for me to graduate with First Class. I just sat there on the phone. I wanted to tell her the truth but the words would not come out. I am 21 years old and I have been living someone else's result for 5 years. The worst part is I cannot blame anyone but myself. God when will I stop carrying this thing?
