Seven Terror Commanders Caught at Airport After Hajj , But How Did They Get Passports in the First Place?

The government is celebrating that our integrated ID system finally caught seven Boko Haram commanders returning from Mecca, but the real question is how these wanted men obtained valid passports and even made it to Saudi Arabia without being flagged. If they slipped through once, what makes us believe the system won't fail again tomorrow? Are we fixing the gate after the cows have already left the barn?
