🔰SergeantFUTO VC's 24 aides in 3 days: Sapa or sense?

So a new VC walks into FUTO, barely unpacks his bags, and suddenly the university has 24 new "special assistants" , including coordinators for his office and protocol officers. Minister called it "irregular" and forced a reversal. But let's be honest: is this any different from how every new Nigerian leader sets up camp, or are we only angry because it's a university and not a government house? If a minister can hire 500 aides without blinking, why can't a VC hire 24?
