Judge Dashen reverses own ruling on NDC registration, Atiku and Falana fire back

So Federal High Court in Lokoja, Justice Isah Dashen, set aside his own earlier judgment that ordered INEC to register NDC as a political party. This is the same judge who gave the order before, now he is reversing himself. INEC says they are waiting for the Certified True Copy before they react. But the real gist is what Atiku and Falana are saying.

Atiku Abubakar came out strong, saying this ruling exposes President Tinubu's desperation to impose a one-party system in Nigeria. He said Tinubu pretends to be a democrat but his agents are busy weakening opposition parties. Atiku even reminded Tinubu that Buhari never deregistered any opposition party during his time. Falana also said a judge cannot reverse his own final judgment, calling it a threat to multi-party democracy.

The ADC also released a statement saying there is a coordinated attack on opposition parties ahead of 2027. So the question is simple: is this really about law or is it about power? If Tinubu's policies are working, why is he afraid of competition?
