The FCCPC is finally threatening sanctions because local fuel prices barely budged while global crude crashed nearly 40% in two months. When oil went up, dealers rushed to hike prices to N1,500 per litre. Now that crude is back to February levels, we're still stuck around N1,200. Why does the market only work in one direction here?
