The day my oga asked me to 'pray about' a missing file

Wallahi, I walked into the office this morning and my director called me for a file I submitted three weeks ago. I checked my cabinet, checked the shared drive, checked the archive. Nothing. The file just vanished into the Abuja air.

So I go to his office to explain. I am ready for the scolding, ready for the query. Instead, the man looks at me with full seriousness and says 'Zainab, have you prayed about it? Maybe the file is in God's hands now.'

I just stood there. In a government parastatal. Where we are supposed to have a document tracking system. My oga wants me to pray a file back into existence. I am not sure if this is deep faith or deep unseriousness.
