Another day, another grown man preying on a child in plain sight. A 50-year-old man allegedly lured a 9-year-old girl hawking soya bean cake to an uncompleted building, assaulted her, and even threatened her with a knife to keep quiet, but he confessed to doing it more than once. When will we stop treating child hawkers as easy targets and start holding these predators accountable before they strike again?
