Every rainy season, floodwaters swallow Lagos like clockwork, and we just sit back and act shocked. This is not a weather problem, it's the result of decades of failed planning, blocked drainages, and leaders who only care when the water is at their doorstep. Billions of naira lost yearly, yet the same streets flood, the same businesses collapse, and the same excuses come out. How many more seasons will we let this city sink before we demand real change?
