My tenant just served me quit notice , the funny part is the reason

See ehn, I have been a landlord for about 12 years now. Three tenants in that same flat, never had any wahala. But last week, my tenant, Mr. Emeka Okafor, a lecturer at UNILAG, served me a formal quit notice.

I am thinking, maybe he found a cheaper place, or the rent is too high. I am already preparing my mind to negotiate small. Then I read his letter. His reason? My wife's Sunday praise worship. He said and I quote: 'The volume of your wife's gospel music during Sunday service hours has rendered my weekend research work impossible.' My brother, this man is complaining about my wife singing 'Great Are You Lord' at 9am on a Sunday morning.

I showed the letter to my wife. She laughed and said, 'Tell him to join us in the living room next Sunday, the anointing will cure his research problem.' I don't know whether to laugh or be annoyed. Na wa oh. Has anybody ever received a quit notice for something like this? Because I am still processing.
