Nigeria’s most controversial presidential candidate wants to scrap two institutions that thousands of young people depend on every year. He says they’re unnecessary bureaucracy and that universities should decide admissions themselves. But can you really trust a system where every school sets its own rules, and will scrapping NYSC actually create jobs or just leave graduates stranded?
