So PETROAN is telling us we can't expect lower fuel prices yet because marketers first need to offload their expensive old stock. They want us to believe selling fuel at a loss would drain their financial blood, but somehow raising prices overnight is never a problem. If the system only works when prices go up, who is really protecting who here?
