So the Nigerian government is now prosecuting five former employees of a company linked to President Tinubu for sharing information about alleged corruption, while the company itself faces no charges. These workers are being dragged to Federal High Court for cybercrime offences after they reportedly exposed forgery and tax evasion at Alpha-Beta Consulting. Is this how we protect whistleblowers in Nigeria, or are we just protecting powerful people from accountability?
