NYSC khaki don finally go, Adire fabric dey take over as new uniform

My people, wetin I just hear go shock you. The Minister of Youth Development, Ayodele Olawande, don confirm say NYSC khaki wey we all know from camp to camp, that one don finish. Dem say na Adire fabric go be the new uniform now. E talk am for Channels TV this morning, Thursday.

According to the minister, this change na to promote local manufacturing, make government money stay for Nigeria. E mention say dem dey produce Adire for Ogun, Kwara and other textile industries inside the country. So instead of buying foreign cloth, dem go use our own fabric. Also, dem say corps members go dey posted based on their area of study now, not just random posting to any school or office.

For those wey dey fear insecurity, e say dem go consider posting people to areas where dem school, especially for places wey get security issues. So if you study for North-East, dem fit post you there instead of sending someone from South-West to a place wey e no know. The khaki wey we all sabi since 1973 don finally retire. I just dey wonder how the Adire go look for camp, abi e go still get the same swagger?
