So the presidency budgeted N1.3 billion in the 2026 budget for something called the 'Presidential Foreign Intervention Promotion Council', and this agency does not even exist. Presidential spokesman Bayo Onanuga confirmed the arrest of the alleged Director-General, Prince Adeniyi Adeyemi, who operated fraud rings from the Federal Secretariat for over a year and opened 34 fraudulent bank accounts before his capture.

How does a fake agency with a fake DG operate from the Federal Secretariat for over a year without anyone noticing? Who signed off on this budget line item? This is not a mistake, this is organized theft from the public treasury. Meanwhile, the same government is borrowing $1.25 billion from the World Bank and telling us things are hard.
