Victor Osimhen staying at Galatasaray another season, coach confirms

So Galatasaray coach Okan Buruk has reportedly met with Victor Osimhen and told him he is part of the plans for the 2026/2027 season. Turkish journalist Ali Naci Küçük said Osimhen is not considering leaving and will join pre-season camp next week. This is after Galatasaray turned down a €120 million bid for the 27-year-old, with the club only willing to sell if offers cross €150 million.

Meanwhile, his top representative was spotted in Madrid yesterday and fans are connecting dots to Real Madrid. Former Super Eagles coach Sunday Oliseh has claimed Real Madrid are closely monitoring Osimhen. So the story is not fully dead yet. But for now, our highest scoring Nigerian in Champions League history is staying in Turkey.
