So NNPC spent almost $3 billion fixing Port Harcourt and Warri refineries, but now they're bringing in private partners to run them before the pipes even cool down. They say the partners are paying for the evaluation, but Nigerians are asking why we spent that money if we still can't operate our own refineries. Is this genuine restructuring or just another way to sell off our national assets?
