Emefiele trial: Obazee wants Boss Mustapha and CBN board prosecuted for $6.2m theft

So this Emefiele matter don tire me but the new update is crazy. Jim Obazee, the special investigator, now wants Boss Mustapha (former SGF) and the entire CBN board to face prosecution over alleged $6.2 million theft from the apex bank. Court documents say Emefiele's PA was involved in the withdrawal of that money.

Emefiele is currently standing trial on 20-count amended charges for criminal breach of trust, procurement fraud, and conspiracy. But Obazee is saying the rot goes beyond one man, that Mustapha and the board members knew and facilitated some of these things. Boss Mustapha don already deny any involvement though.

This is the same CBN where we hear say billions disappear and nobody ask questions until now. The question is, will they actually prosecute these big people or na just Emefiele they wan use as scapegoat? Because if the board members walk free, then we know say the system never change.
