Two more Nigerians killed in South Africa, bodies found in Free State

Just saw the news and I am fuming. Two more Nigerians have been killed in South Africa. The Nigerian Union in South Africa confirmed it. Their names are Chinedu Okafor and Emmanuel Nwankwo, both from Anambra State. Their bodies were found in the Free State province. This is not the first time, and it will not be the last if we keep quiet.

According to the union president, the men were attacked by a mob in a township outside Bloemfontein. The police are investigating but nobody expects justice. We have seen this movie before. In 2019, Nigerians were being lynched like chickens. Now in 2026, it is still happening. Our government will release a statement, condemn it, and then nothing.

What really gets to me is the silence. If this was a diplomat or a politician's child, the whole country would be on fire. But because it is ordinary men trying to survive, we just move on. How many more of our people must die before we take this seriously? The South African government needs to protect Nigerians living there, or our people should start coming back home. This is too much.
