If an agency the Presidency says doesn't exist can open multiple foreign currency accounts at the CBN and get N27 billion approved, then who is really running Nigeria? The NDC is asking the right question: how did a non-existent body get 314 staff positions and a Treasury Single Account without the Chief of Staff's fingerprints all over it? Is this the kind of "renewed hope" where appointments are sold for N600 million and intermediaries end up dead?
