Nigerian filling stations drop fuel price again, but will it ever go below N1,000 per litre?

So Dangote and the stations keep playing this game of reducing fuel price by a few naira, but we're still stuck above N1,200 per litre. This is the same story every time, crude prices drop, they adjust, but we never see the old prices again. When are we actually going to feel relief, or is this just a way to keep us hoping while they still profit?
