Another prominent Nigerian is dead, gunned down by kidnappers on a road we all travel. David Salifu was shot while trying to escape an abduction attempt on the Wukari–Makurdi highway, and security agencies still have nothing to say. If a former Secretary to State Government can't survive a trip between two state capitals, what hope do the rest of us have?
