A 35-year-old woman in Umuahia is in police custody after a viral video showed her trying to stab her 12-year-old house help with a knife, all because the girl refused to spread clothes. The girl has been repeatedly beaten and threatened before, but this time it was caught on camera. How many more children must suffer before we stop treating house helps like property?
