They say all spending is legal under the constitution, but Nigerians know that “legal” doesn’t always mean “accountable” in this country. If the IMF report says trillions were spent outside the budget, why should we just trust the same government that can’t fix the economy?So, are we supposed to believe the missing N8trn is just a misunderstanding, or is this another case of “legal” looting hiding behind constitutional clauses?
