A Paraguayan senator called Kylian Mbappe a "colonised Cameroonian" after France knocked them out of the World Cup, and now the French Football Federation is taking it to court. The senator's words are clearly racist, but should a whole government be held responsible for one person's hateful outburst, or is this just another case of power protecting a star?
