The Senate just voted to end the rehabilitation of repentant Boko Haram members, calling it common sense, but this is the same government that runs Operation Safe Corridor. So which is it , do we believe in second chances or just lock them up forever, especially when the people making the laws have never had to face a terrorist in their village?
