Tinubu orders ICPC to investigate fake Presidential Foreign Intervention Promotion Council

This is the same council that was exposed for defrauding Nigerians and parading itself as a government body without any legal backing.

What is most troubling here is how an entirely fake presidential council could operate for months without detection. Who in the presidency was aware of this? Who authorised their operations? The fact that the ICPC had to be ordered by Tinubu himself to investigate suggests a serious breakdown in oversight.
