Okada riders in Calabar clashed with police today over the impoundment of their motorcycles, with riders insisting they ply only inner roads and follow traffic rules. The police say they are just enforcing vehicle registration laws to improve safety, but for these men, losing their bike means losing their ability to feed their family. If the law destroys your livelihood, is it still justice or just another form of harassment?
