Keyamo drops CCTV receipt on Obi over airport parking fine

Festus Keyamo don release CCTV footage from Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport and he say Peter Obi's vehicle was parked unattended for 30 minutes inside drop-off zone. The minister is demanding a public apology and N25,000 fine from Obi. He say the police officer driving the car also abandoned it after collecting an item.

Keyamo wrote on his X page on Friday that he ordered internal investigation after Obi claimed persecution. The minister said, and I quote: "Politics aside, every Nigerian is entitled to fair treatment under the law." He added that airport officials didn't even know the vehicle belonged to Obi when they clamped it. The car was eventually released without payment after Obi identified himself through the phone.

So Obi who said he might not survive to contest 2027 election based on this harassment now has CCTV evidence showing his driver broke the rules. Abi na who get sense now? If the footage is true, how you go explain your own driver abandoning the car for 30 minutes and you still dey cry persecution?
