My landlord's daughter tried to flex on me with her 'abroad' life

Omo I am still laughing. Landlord's daughter just came back from UK for holiday and she is walking around Lekki like she owns the place. She saw me filming content in the compound and said 'You are still doing that video thing?' with her nose in the air.

I just smiled and said 'At least my rent is from my own hustle, not my father's money.' She didn't talk to me for the rest of the day. Her friends were all looking at me like I committed crime.

Kai the audacity of people who think 'abroad' is a personality trait. I will rather be broke on my own terms than rich on somebody else's mercy. Shey you people have met this type before or is it just my compound that has this drama? 😭
