A magistrate just ordered a blogger to rot in prison for publishing claims about Soludo disowning his son , claims the blogger already apologised for. So in Nigeria, you can retract and still get locked up, while the real issues go untouched. How is this justice when the government uses defamation laws to silence critics instead of fixing potholes?
