IK Ogbonna finally talks about Alex Ekubo's death and I'm still processing

Saw the interview where IK Ogbonna finally spoke on Alex Ekubo's passing. The man said 'I lost a brother, I lost a friend, I lost someone I was supposed to grow old with.' He was crying. I was crying. We were all crying.

It's just hitting me how fragile life is. One minute you're laughing with someone, next minute they're gone. And social media will have you fighting with strangers while real people around you are hurting.

I don't know how IK Ogbonna is coping but I hope he knows he doesn't have to be strong all the time. Grief is not a performance.
